Terms & Conditions
BOOKINGS
A deposit is required to secure your date. This deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from
the final payment. The date will remain available for other bookings until the deposit is received.
PAYMENTS
The deposit must be made via bank transfer or in cash. Please use your name as a reference to
facilitate payment identification.
CHANGES TO BOOKING
Any changes that increase the number of people after the deposit has been paid must be agreed
upon in advance. Adding additional participants may require the assistance of a team member and
may incur additional costs. Requests to reduce the number of participants will be considered at the
provider’s discretion; in such cases, payment for the full booked amount may still be required.
CANCELLATIONS
In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will be non-refundable. If the cancellation is made up to 12
weeks before the service date, no further payment will be required. However, if the cancellation
occurs less than 12 weeks before the service date, 50% of the total booking amount will be required.
If, in highly unlikely circumstances, I am unable to provide my wedding services, a full refund,
including the deposit, will be issued. I will also do my best to recommend other professionals who
may be able to take my place; any new bookings will be at the client’s expense.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
I am committed to following all necessary health and safety precautions. It is the client’s
responsibility to inform me of any allergies, sensitivities, or other health concerns.
WEDDING DAY
The start time will be agreed upon in advance. Any delays caused by other suppliers or the wedding
party will not entitle the client to partial refunds. In the unlikely event that I experience a delay that
prevents me from completing my services, a proportional refund will be issued. Please ensure that all
guests are ready and that hair is prepared as previously indicated.
PHOTOGRAPHY & USE OF IMAGES
Images and videos taken during trials and/or on the wedding day may be used on the website and
social media accounts for promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested by the client.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
If you wish to add makeup and/or hair trial sessions beyond the first, these will be available at the
same cost as the first trial. Please note that each additional trial will be agreed upon in advance, and
the cost will be communicated before confirmation.
By confirming the booking, the client agrees to and commits to comply with these terms and
conditions.
